What to put in your email
- Your phone: iPhone or Android
- The app version, if you know it
- What you did, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if you can take one
You can also email us from the app. In Pay44, open the menu and tap Help.
Subscriptions and refunds
Apple and Google handle payments. To cancel or ask for a refund, use your App Store or Google Play account. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we'll help.
